“And He arose and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, Hush now! Be still (muzzled)! And the wind ceased (sank to rest as if exhausted
by its beating) and there was
[immediately] a great calm (a perfect peacefulness).”
Mark 4:39, The Bible (Amplified Version)
Sometimes our problems and concerns
seem to overtake all that we do.
They come to give us headaches and to
cause misery all the day through.
The more that we focus in our
problems it seems that it is the more they grow.
The worry and stress of digging for
answers starts to worry us and to show.
This scripture reminds us that we can
copy Jesus when he spoke to the storm.
We can choose to quieten our problems
and dismiss stress as being the norm.
With unshakeable belief and authority
we can tell our problems to be still.
God desires us to give every problem
to him because that’s aligned with his will.
