What Doctors cannot prescribe...

 “A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.” Proverbs 17: 22, The Bible (Amplified Version)

Having a happy heart can mean having a deep sense of value and peace of mind.
Cheerful and positive thoughts have the power to leave your worries far behind.
Broken hearts that have not healed and holding on to past pains;
can cause our lives to become brittle – allowing our problems to continuously reign.

This scripture reminds us that a balanced well-being can begin with a happy heart;
ensuring that our troubles are replaced and that each day is a fresh start.
What can you do or say today to bring someone else joy?
A happy heart begins with me, you and every man, woman, girl and boy.
