Declare that you have a "sound" (and stable) mind

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

These days, maintaining a clear head can be so hard;
it’s easy for us to simply disregard...

...the best ways for us to stay calm and clear

instead of running around in anxiety and fear. 

This scripture suggests that God has not given us fear,

but of power and love which we should hold dear.

If you say out loud – “I have a sound mind!”

Then this promise of well-being will not be far behind.
