How to deal with anxiety

“Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.” Philippians 4:6, The Bible (Amplified Version)

Worrying about things all the time can cause anxiety and stress.
When in reality what our minds and bodies need is to experience calm and rest.
Dealing with life, relationships and work can cause us to feel weary and faint.
We try to figure out what to do; then we feel depressed because we are not a (perfect) saint.

This scripture reminds us that the way to deal with anything is to refuse to fret!
Our default response should be to pray, give thanks and every worry we should forget.
When someone tells you not to worry, it can be easier said than done.
But God has provided a way for us to release our worries to Jesus his son.
