"I lift up my eyes to the mountains - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." Psalm 121: 1-2, The Bible (New International Version)
Sometimes life can throw some curve balls at times we don't expect.
They can cause us to panic or become sad or they can cause us to fret.
Friends and family may try their best to help which sometimes has flaws.
Then worries create pressure on our lives as stress brings out its claws.
This scripture reminds us that there is an eternal source where we can get help.
God is on standby just watching and waiting to hear every cry and yelp.
To access this help we must acknowledge and look up to Him to help us out.
No matter the issue or depth of trouble, God will help us without a doubt.
