"Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them." Ephesians 4:29, The Bible (New Living Translation)
In times of stress and day-to-day life, it's easy to take your stess out on others.
We spit out words in moments of anger - causing people to hide under covers.
Some words can cause long-term wounds that mutate into low esteem and pain.
We don't always think about the long-term impact - even if it happens again.
This scripture reminds us that we should think about the words we say.
Our words have the power to cause pain or the power to make someone's day.
Speaking encouraging and kind words of truth can bring light and hope too.
The words we say can change our world, someone is waiting to hear from you!
