The Care-free Life

"Look at the birds, free and unfettered, not tied down to a job description, careless in the care of God. And you count far more to him than birds.” Matthew 6:26, The Bible (The Message Version)

Pursuing a career, vocation, charity work or a business is important to us all.

At times, we go over the edge and chase after every penny which can cause us to fall.

Working over the over-time causes us to become so attached to the role we play.

But without balance, this can cause stress and sickness – which is not God’s way!

This scripture reminds us that in God’s eyes we are worth more than just a job.

Seeing us chase every penny (while passing someone in need) must make Him sob.

We are all worth more than the titles and positions that the world says we should be.

God is there to give us love, balance and a permanent place in him to be care-free.
