Would you do anything for love?

“But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.” Isaiah 53:5, The Bible (The Amplified Version)

These days the word love is used in so many different ways – whether for good or bad.

For some, we experience pleasure and joy, for others is can make us bitter and sad.

When people say that they love you, would they really do ANYTHING for you?

Deep down do you know someone that you would literally give your life for or to? 

This scripture reminds us that Jesus Christ willingly stood in our place.

Yes you are right – nobody asked him to, but yet he did it so that we could have grace.

So the next time that you think that nobody cares about what you do or who you are;

remind yourself that Jesus died for you AND for love – would you go that far?
